‘Forge Initiative’ Q1 Activity
LWB Recreation is starting a new step challenge, ‘Mind Over Miles’ to get us going now that we are further into the new year. As we are wrapping up the 1st Quarter of 2021, ponder about your original motivations to start a new wellness journey, We cheer you on if you are crushing it and hope if you need a little push, you join us! While it is recommended to achieve a minimum of 5,000 steps a day for the average person’s daily routine, we are looking to push the envelope a bit. The goal for this step challenge is to reach an average of 6,000 steps per day totaling 252,000 steps over the course of this challenge..
Keep in mind, as the year goes along, the following step challenges will be tougher!
